Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City is negotiating a land exchange agreement with Tiller Corporation. The purpose of the <br />transaction is for the City to acquire necessary right of way for the extension of 141~t Avenue NW <br />and to acquire an additional triangle parcel to add to the City's Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision No. 31 <br />which Lot 1 the City acquired from the Makens transaction. In order to complete this transaction <br />the sale ordinance needs to be introduced and adopted for the sale by the City of said Outlot A.
