I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />il <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01-04-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTON APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ADVERTISEMENT <br />FOR BID ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #01-17, WATER TOWER NO. 2 <br />CONNECTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized this project as an element of the 2001 <br />Capital Improvement Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the improvement project #01-17 have been <br />prepared by City of Ramsey Engineering staff and have been presented to City Council for <br />approval; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That such contract documents and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto, and <br /> made part of are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) That such publishing of the advertisement for bid. for Improvement Project #01-17 is hereby <br /> approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember _ <br />__, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br /> <br />this the 24th day of April, 2001. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />-59- <br /> <br /> <br />
