I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01-04-XXX RESOLUTION APPROVING 5TM PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATE AND CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO MEADOWVALE CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-66, #99-68 AND #00-28 (a. k. a. 2000 STORM WATER UTILITY PROJECTS) WHEREAS, on June 13, 2000, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #00-06-146 awarding the bid for 2000 Storm Water Utility Projects #99-66, #99-68 and #00-28 to Meadowvale Construction in the amount of $262,461; and WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 increased the contract by $2,250 as compensation for removal of buried trees on the project. WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski inspected the completed work and recommended partial pay estimate to Meadowvale Construction in the amount of $18,275.01. NOW TItEREFORE, BE iT.RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That the City Council hereby authorizes partial pay estimate to Meadowvale Construction for 2000 Storm Water Utility Projects #99-66, #99-68 and #00-28 in the amount of $18,275.01. 2. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3. That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of April 2001. 4. That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
