Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO WICKENHAUSER <br />EXCAVATING, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #01-18 (MAKEN PROPERTY <br />DEMOLITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 27, 2001, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #01-03- <br />155 awarding the bid for Improvement Project #01-18, Maken Property Demolition project to <br />Wickenhauser Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $43,200.00; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended full payment to Wickenhauser Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $45,600.00. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes full payment to Wickenhauser Excavating, Inc. <br />for Improvement Project #01-18, Maken Property Demolition project in the amount of <br />$45,600.00 on May 22, 2001. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Council authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form <br />for this payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the month of May, 2001. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember_ <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01-05- <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />-97- <br /> <br /> <br />
