The Fire Chief also notes that the <br />City Administrator wi]l._meommend ro the City Council that an aerial ladder truck be in <br />Ramsey'g:2.002 capital.ec!uipment plan. According ro the Uniform Building Code Amcor Precast <br />will be reqfi~ed'-:to sp~e the office and manufactur/ng plant. The Board of Adjustment did <br />~ant a struc~re,~!~h( vax/ance of 9.5 feet to a three story motel in the commercial district and a <br />three story senior'apartment building in a residential distr/ct that was 44.25 feet in height.
