-134- <br /> <br />Board Member Kociscak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01-05- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # <br />REQUEST FOR A VARIAaNCE TO THE HEIGHT <br />BUSINESS WAREHOUSE DISTRICT. <br /> <br /> RELATING TO A <br />RESTRICTIONS IN A <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Old Castle Precast, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />requested a variance from building height restriction established in City Code in order to <br />allow for operation of equipment (the "Structure") on the property legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The East half of Southeast quarter of Southwest quarter of Section 27, <br />Township ~'~ <br /> ~=, Range 25,except that part described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at Northwest coruer of said East half, thence South along <br />west line of said East half 409.44 feet to point of beginning, thence East at <br />right angle 11 feet, thence South at right angle 264 feet, thence West at <br />fight angle to West line of said East half, thence North along said West <br />line to point of beginning, except road subject to easement of record, <br />Anoka County.', Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.05 <br />of the Ramsey City, Code on May 1, 2001 and that said public hearing was properly <br />advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated as a <br />part of these findings by reference. <br /> <br />2. That the property, is zoned BW Business Warehouse. <br /> <br />3. That the Business District regulations restrict structure heights to 35 feet. <br /> <br />That the Applicant is proposing a manufacturing facility expansion on the Subject <br />Property that will inarease the roofline to 44-feet and therefore exceeds the 35-foot <br />height restriction by 9~feet. <br /> <br />5.
