Board Member Kociscak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION G <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #01-05- <br /> <br />THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Old Castle Precast requested a variance from the height restrictions in the <br />Business Warehouse District on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The East half of Southeast quarter of Southwest quarter of Section 27, Township <br />32, Range 25,except that part described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at. Northwest comer of'said East half, thence South alon'g west line <br />of said East half 409.44 feet to Point of beginning, thence East at right angle 11 <br />feet, thence South at right angle 264 feet, thence West at right angle to West line <br />of said East half, thence North along said West line to point of beginning, except <br />road subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on May 1,2001, conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request'for a variance from height restrictions. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />1.
