On a 5.1 acre parcel, City Code allows a <br />maximum of 3,2~;4;¢'square feet of detached accessory buildin~ space and a maximum of three <br />accessory buildings on the property. The applicant currently has ten accessory buildings on the <br />property and a total accessory building area of 5,96? square feet. Staff met with Mr. Stick_ney on <br />Tuesday, April 24, 2001 and walked the property in order to get a better understanding of where- <br />the accessory buildings are located and what the accessory buildings are being used for.
