7. That the City Code restricts the total square footage of accessory buildings for a 5.1 acre <br /> parcel to 3,264 square feet. <br /> <br />8. That the Applicant currently exceeds the total number of allowed accessory buildings and <br /> allowable square footage (10 buildings, 5,967 square feet). <br /> <br />9. That the applicant is requesting to continue to maintain a total often (10) accessory buildings. <br /> with a total area of 5,867 square feet. <br /> <br />10. That the Applicant has stated that the detached accessory buildings will be utilized for <br /> personal storage and will not be used to facilitate a business. <br /> <br />11. That the construction of the new detached accessory building will comply with all applicable <br /> Uniform Building Codes. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare.. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br /> value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />15.
