I I I ,I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01-05- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF NORDVIK ADDITION WHEREAS, Solveig Nordvik and Derek Nordvik, hereafter referred to as "Developers", have properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The South 466 feet of the East 560.88 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minesota, lying westerly of Angka County Highway Right Of Way Plat No. 33. Or upon recording: Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Nordvik Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the "Subject Property"); AND WHEREAS, on February 9, 2001, the City received application and sketch plan from Solveig Nordvik and Derek Nordvik for Nordvik Addition; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on April 3, 2001, and approved the sketch plan of Nordvik Addition and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on March 8, 2001, and determined that park dedication shall be satisfied with land contribution for trail purposes; and WHEREAS, the City received the proposed £mal plat for approval on April, 2001. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF NHNNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Nordvik Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon developer entering into a development agreement with the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: -195-
