Such other data as the Council by resolution may require. <br /> <br />Design Features <br /> <br />Layout of proposed streets, showing right-of-way widths and <br />proposed names of streets. The name of any strea heretofore <br />used in the city or its environs shall not, be used, unless the <br />proposed street is an extension of an already named street, in <br />which event.said name shall be used; <br /> <br />Locations and widths of alleys, pedestrian ways and utilky <br />easements; <br /> <br />Profiles of existing and proposed centerline grades of streets, <br />alleys, storm sewers, drainage dkches and culverts; <br /> <br />Layouts of lots and blocks with numbers of each, square <br />footage of lots and lot dimensions scaled to the nearest tenth of <br />a foot. <br /> <br />J~-eas, other tb~n streets, pedestrian ways and utility <br />easements, intended to be dedicaed or reserved for public use, <br />including the size of such areas. <br /> <br />Minimum front building setback-lines as required by the city <br />code. <br /> <br />Proposed method of disposing of surface water drainage and <br />method of conveying surface water drainage'within and beyond <br />the limits of the plat to publicly owned or controlled drainage <br />facilities or storm sewers. There shall be no grades less than <br />1%. When *.fades are less than 2%~ a certificate of ~.radin~. <br />will be required prior to occul~ancv. The certificate of <br />eradin~ shall provide a statement from a registered land <br />surveyor stating that they have surveyed the lot and <br />determined that it crmtains no grade flatter than 1%, <br /> <br />Whenever a portion of a tract of land is proposed for <br />subdividing and said tract is large enough or is intended for <br />future enlargement, a tentative plan for the future Subdivision <br />of the entire tract shall be submitted .to the planning <br />commission. <br /> <br />Additional Information To Be Furnished <br /> <br /> <br />
