I '1 I I I I I I I I I I I I WORK SESSION CITY COUNCIL CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA The Ramsey City Council conducted a work session on Monday, April 30, 2001, in Fire Station No. 2, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. Members Present: Mayor Thomas Gamec Councilmember Susan E. Anderson Councilmember Terry Hendriksen Councilmember Patti Kurak Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman Also Present: City Administrator James E. Norman Assistant City Administrator Klm Moore-Sykes Facilitator Larry A. Bak. ken CALL TO ORDER Mayor Gamec called the Council work session to order at 5:50 p.m. MEETING WITH FACILITATOR City Administrator Norman introduced Larry Bak_ken who has been hired to help Council reach some agreement on the Comprehensive Plan. He noted there are two major issues - density transition and the Comp Plan. He reminded Council that Mr. Bakken had previously worked with the City (spring 1999). He summarized Mr. Bakken's experience and informed Council that he (Bakken) would be meeting individually with the members also. 5/ir. Norman summarized for Mr. Bakken the Comp Plan process.
