Goodrich, City Attorney and <br /> Sylvia Frolik, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you know, by a Peremptory Writ of Mandamus dated May 8, 2001, the Anoka County' <br />District Court has ordered the City to "... immediately 'rezone Plaintiff's property from R-1R <br />(rural residential) to R-1U (urban residential) in accordance with its 1995 comprehensive plan <br />and zoning map in accordance with Plaintiff's zoning applications filed in November 1998 and <br />May 15, 2000." In compliance with that order, we are enclosing the required zoning ordinance <br />for adoption.
