This property is on the site ora planned road reconstruct/on project.. <br /> <br />This is a NOTICE OF RELOCATION ELIGIBILITY. Our records indicate that you are a <br />tenant/occupant of this property. To carry out our plarks to complete this project, it will be <br />necessary for you to move. However, you do not need to move now. You will not be <br />required to move without at least 90 days advance written notice of the date by which you <br />must vacate the properS. When you do move, you will be entitled to relocation <br />payments, and other assistance in accordance with-Federal regulations implementing the <br />Unifbrm Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act of 1970 as amended <br />(Uniform Act.) <br /> <br />As a business occupant of the property, you are eli~ble to receive re/_mbursement for the <br />actual reasonable and necessary costs of moving your business personal property and <br />equipment. You may be eli~bte for reimbursement of other moving related costs such as <br />searching for a replacement site, and also for eligible relocation expenses. If your <br />business meets certain chteria,.you may choose to receive a fixed payment for your <br />relocation costs rather than the reimbursement of itemized, actual costs.
