I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I il Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01-06- RESOLUTION APPROVING 1sT PARTIAL PAYMENT TO ERICKSON CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #00-35 (141sT AVENUE N.W./EBONY STREET N.W. STREET AND UTILITY CONSTRUCTION) WHEREAS, on March 27, 2001, the Ramsey City Council approved Resolution #01-03- 164A approving the plans and specifications for the above reference work; and WHEREAS, on April 24, 2001, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #01-04- xxx aWarding the bid for knprovement Project #00-35, 141~t Avenue N:W./Ebony Street N.W. Street and Utility Construction project to Erickson Construction, Inc. in the amount of $493,392.80; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected' the completed work and recommended partial payment to Erickson Construction, Inc. in the amount of $185,913.05. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Erickson Construction, Inc. for Improvement Project #00-35, 141st Avenue N.W./Ebony Street N.W. Street and Utility Construction proj eot in the amount of $185,913.05 on June 26, 2001. 2) That the City Council authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of June, 2001. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
