I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IN APPRECIATION OF JEFFREY ARNESON, PATROL OFFICER <br />WITH THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey wishes to recognize the <br />contribution of Jeffrey Ameson, who was employed as a Patrol Officer on December 11, 1984; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Officer Ameson was an investigator for the Ramsey Police Department <br />from January 1, 1993 to June 1, 1994; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Officer Arneson served as the Terminal Agency Coordinator for the City <br />of Ramsey Police Department; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Officer Arneson will retire from public employment on June 30, 2001, <br />after more than 16 years of service to the community; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Officer Arneson has served the City of Ramsey and its residents diligently <br />and conscientiously. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby expresses their gratitude to Jeffrey Arneson for the <br />lengthy and dedicated service he has given to the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the followin, g voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> <br />
