On a .86 acre parcel, City Code allows a <br />maximum of 1,488 square feet of accessory structure space. The Buffer's have a 528 square foot <br />attached garage and a 624 square foot detached garage, for a total of 1,152 square feet. They are <br />proposing to add another detached garage to the property at a size of 960 square feet, wh/ch <br />would bring the total amount of garage space to 2,112 square feet. This is a 624 square foot <br />overage in allowable accessory structure space.
