Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01-06- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO CHARLES AND KATHLEEN DAVIS TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM ACCESSORY <br />STRUCTURE SPACE RESTRICTIONS BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Charles and Kathleen Davis, hereinafter referred, to as the "Permittee", have <br />properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed the amount of accessory building space <br />allowed on the property generally known as 14490 Bowers Drive N.W. and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 28, Bowers Mississippi Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 5, 2001, conducted the <br />public hearling and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL. OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , a Conditional Use Permit (Permit) to exceed the <br />amount of accessory structure space allowed on the Subject property, as established in City <br />Code, is hereby granted to the Permittee. <br /> <br />That the Permit-tee is allowed to have a maximum Of 1,536 square feet of accessory structure <br />space on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the construction of the new accessory building will require issuance of a building permit <br />f?om the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />That the accessory building shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with <br />all applicable Uniform Building Codes. <br /> <br />That the construction of the new accessory building shall meet all applicable setbacks unless <br />a variance is granted.. <br /> <br />The Permittee herein agrees that a business will not be operated in the accessory buildings <br />unless it is in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />7. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms herein are complied with. <br /> <br />47- <br /> <br /> <br />
