The development will include single-family homes, townhomes, and an <br />apartment building for senior citizens. <br /> <br />That the Applicant is proposing to construct 3 07 housing units, consisting of 73 single-family <br />lots, 152 townhome units, and 82 apartment units. <br /> <br />That the applicant is proposing to provide the required 20% common open space, which is more <br />open space and trail connections than could be provided if the property was zoned B-1 Business <br />and R-1 Single Family Residential. <br /> <br />That the applicant is proposing a development that is compatible with the March 2001 draft <br />comprehensive plan designation of this property to have High Density Residential along <br />Dysprosium St., Medium Density Residential along Nowthen Blvd. and Low Density Residential <br />on the western part of the property. <br /> <br />That the applicant will be protective of the natural environment. The wetlands and mature trees <br />will be protected and preserved to the greatest extent possible. <br /> <br />12.
