If the Permittee or its successors or assigns violates any material <br />term or condition imposed by th_is Permit, it may be revoked and terminated consistent with <br />applicable law. <br /> <br />On-Site Inspection. The City reserves the right to. inspect the site for the purposes of <br />examining and copying nonprivileged records; conducting inspections, surveys, <br />investigations, monitoring or sampling; and obtaining necessary information pertaining to <br />the construction, operation 'and environmental effect of the aluminum processing facility. <br />Inspections shall be conducted during normal business hours except in the event of an <br />emergency. City personnal or agents performing the inspection will provide reasonable <br />notice to the Permittee's personnel prior to the time of inspection. <br /> <br />.Documents and Plans. Copies of all documents, plans or other reports which are required <br />to be supplied to the' lVlPCA or Anoka County shall also be supplied concurrently to the City <br />at no cost to the City. <br /> <br /> Operations. This permit is based on conduct of operations as described in the Permitte's <br /> submittals as follows: <br /> ?" o001; and <br />A. Site plan dated May _~, _ <br />B. Letter from Permit-tee to the Planning Commission dated May 25,2001. <br /> <br />The identified supporting documents are incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />40. <br /> <br />Administrative Costs.
