Equad Eneneering letter of September 19, t 990 <br /> <br />The identified supporting documents are incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />44. <br /> <br />Performance Review. The pegormance of this operation shall be reviewed by the City <br />Council to identify problem areas, concerns and to evaluate whether conditions of this CUP <br />need to be modified or procedural changes made.
