On reviewing the site as it relates to the current conditional use <br />permit [n effect (Resolution 93-03-033), there are violations that have been noted. They consist of the <br />following: <br /> <br /> I. Outside storage on Lots 2, .3 and 4 of Block 4, Gateway North Industrial Park #3 (conditional use <br /> permit applies to Lot I only). <br /> <br /> 2. Deter/oration of the 90% opacity screening requirement around outs/de storage areas. <br /> <br /> 3. Outside storage of inoperable vehicles and materials not related to aluminum processing. <br /> <br /> 4. Provide the City, with evidence that run'off water from fl:*. Site complies with federal and state water <br /> quality standards. <br /> <br /> 5. Provide evidence that the electrical system in the building is up to code. <br /> <br /> 6. There has been no petition fur city sewer and water or an alternative plan for handling-sewage. <br /> <br />In accordance with City Code regulations, you have 30 days, or until June 23, 2001, to make the necessary, <br />corrections. A City Council public hearing' is tentatively scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on June 26, 21301 to assess <br />the violations, corrections and consider revocation of the Permit.
