Goodrich, City Attorney and <br /> Sylvia Frolik, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On June 12, 2001, the City Council introduced an ordinance to rezone the property owned by <br />Reilley Estates Partnership in Section 24 from R-1 Rural Residential to R~I Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />in accordance with the City Charter, the ordinance is now eligible for the second reading or final <br />adoption. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends adoption of the proposed rezoning ordinance.
