Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Quad Cities Cable Commission is soliciting proposals from interested parties in order to <br />purchase a buildable land parcel for a proposed facility. Attached to this case is the invitation to <br />submit a proposal provided by the Cable Commission. The City Council has discussed in the <br />past the possibility of offering the land located at 6391 Sunfish Lake Court at a competitive price <br />for Commission consideration. Additionally, the Council has also discussed the possibility of <br />waiving utility hook-up charges and assessments. <br /> <br />Staff has been working with Robert Bohnhoff of Princeton, Minnesota, the oWner of the <br />property, to arrive at a purchase pace for the property.
