They are <br />proposing to add another detached garage to the property at a size of 960 square feet, which <br />would bring the total amount of garage space to 2,112 square feet· This is a 624 square foot <br />overage in allowable accessory structure space. The Butler's are proposing~?[¢ store their <br />recreational vehicle and other personal vehicles and equipment in the buil~h~i-::' The exterior <br />construction materials would match the home; vinyl siding and asphalt S.~gt~es.
