-96- Land use Application David Ballard 9370 I64TM Lane NW Ramsey, MN'. 55303 This application is to setup and operate a portable concrete batch plant and equipment for 24 months. The equipment is fully mobile and will be setup on the bare ground at current grade. The current zoning for PIN 293225120001 is industrial and is owned by Jerald Bauer 14681 Waco ST NE, Ramsey cell 612-' 427-6549. Equipment location is called out on A2 and there will be no buildings with the exception of a shed for secure storage. All materials used will be transported in bulk transport so there will be no garbage to dispose of. Access will be via a current dirt road from Armstrong BLVD to the property., from property entrance to equipment location via a current dirt road along the chain link fence. Parking is called out on exhibit A2 workers autos will replace night truck storage. Traffic from the property will be limited to four trucks and some support vehicles for bulk transportation of materials. Each truck will have about four nips per day and will operate 6AM to 6PM Monday through Saturday with support vehicles having two trips per week. The noise impact is limited to four diesel trucks and a small diesel engine to run a conveyer. The adjoining property is.a ;onstruction co.m,pany that did not return my calls,-the closest Rarnsev resident is located on 151sr LN and they are about ~/4 mile away.
