.Case # <br /> <br />Award Bids for 2001 Street Maintenance Program <br />By: Steven Jankowski, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On July 17, 2001 bids were opened for the 2001 Street Maintenance Program. This year the <br />program was divided into two divisions. Division A consists of work associated with crack <br />sealing and seal coating streets on eleven individual projects and also the parking lot at Central <br />Park. Division B consists of a one and one half bituminous overlay on five individual <br />subdivision projects. Attached are the results of the bids. <br /> <br />It should be noted that the Division A Iow bid is 14% below the construction estimate contained <br />in the February 2001 feasibil!ty study.
