The applicant has attained written permission from Adolfson-Peterson for use of the private drive <br />leading from ,~nnstrong Blvd. to the proper~y. <br /> <br />The applicant is proposing business hours of 6:00am - 6:00pm, Monday through Saturday. City <br />Code establishes work hours from 7:00am - 10:00pm. Applicant estimated number of roundtrips <br />per day at 4 trips per cement truck (4 trucks) with two ~ps per week for support vehicles <br />bringing in bulk materials. The applicant is not solely dedicated to one customer, but will be <br />doing business "for hire" on a job-to-job basis. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the interim use permit request and held a public hearing on <br />July 12, 200t. There was no public comment during the public hearing. <br /> <br />The applicant has since come forward with a request to extend the interim use period to 3 yearsl <br />Stuff recommends granting the interim use permit for 2 construction "seasons" as opposed to 24 <br />months.
