Subject to easements, reservations <br />and restrictions of record, if any. <br /> <br />("the Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received application for preliminary plat approval of Northfork St. <br />Andrews Addition on December 14, 2000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on January 2, 2001, <br />and recommended preliminary plat approval; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, park dedication requirements are specified in the Northfork PUD Park <br />Dedication agreement dated February 19, 1987 and amended May 9, 1989 which establishes a <br />park dedication obligation of $500.00/lot for St. Andrews Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on January 23, 2001, and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Northfork St. Andrews Addition which consisted of 44 lots; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 26, 2001, the Developer applied for final plat approval of <br />Northfork St. Andrews Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />I) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby grants fmal plat approval of North_fork St. Andrews <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br /> <br />The developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City of Ramsey. <br />Compliance with City Staff review letter dated August 9, 2001. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01-08- <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
