Citizen Input Jim Gilbertson stated that the City has a mutual aid agreement with Elk River and Anoka, so why would the City of Ramsey want to purchase their own der/al ladder truck. Mike Black, Royal Oaks Realty, presented an elevation of the proposed senior building. He explained that he had met with the Fire Chief regarding the height issue and sin~:,that meeting they have made a few adjustments to the proposed building. They have change~'.:~ grading plan by four feet around the two sides of the building where the Fire Chief hadl:~e~:ihost concern. In addition to that they will have a level area for 25 feet around the buil~!~':~i~:~Oll as a walkway around the building. The Fire Chief also raised some issues reg~g'' fir~'!~ention to be included as part of completion of the building.
