Citizen Input <br /> <br />Jim Gilbertson stated that the City has a mutual aid agreement with Elk River and Anoka, so why <br />would the City of Ramsey want to purchase their own der/al ladder truck. <br /> <br />Mike Black, Royal Oaks Realty, presented an elevation of the proposed senior building. He <br />explained that he had met with the Fire Chief regarding the height issue and sin~:,that meeting <br />they have made a few adjustments to the proposed building. They have change~'.:~ grading plan <br />by four feet around the two sides of the building where the Fire Chief hadl:~e~:ihost concern. In <br />addition to that they will have a level area for 25 feet around the buil~!~':~i~:~Oll as a walkway <br />around the building. The Fire Chief also raised some issues reg~g'' fir~'!~ention to be <br />included as part of completion of the building.
