He slated that he did not see the hardship for granting the variance. <br /> <br />John Foi~¥,;'5:829 142~-d~Agenue, Ramsey, questioned what the benefit was to the City. He <br />assumed ttiat :the hei:ght.;estriction had been in place for a long 'time and is presuming that the <br />larger buildin~'lS:bei'hg proposed so that the developer can receive a higher profit. The developer <br />is asking the Cityt6 take on a great risk.
