' <br /> <br />When an ACD agent comPletes a call, no other ACD <br />hunt group call will ring at the station until the ACD <br />Wrap-Up Timer expires or the agent enters this feature <br />code to terminate the wrap-up session. <br /> <br />The Agent Help feature allows a station user to request <br />help from a designated "Agent Help Extension" dudng a <br />two-or thee-party call. <br /> <br />When a request-for-help call rings, the Agent Help <br />Extension can choose to join the call or can enter this <br />feature code to reject the request. <br /> <br />Answers the call that has been dnging or holding the <br />longest at that station. Refer to page 5-38 for the priority <br />list.
