He stated that he would like the City's zoning pertaining to road <br /> .construction,~4 more current with the neighboring cities. Mr. Edstrom felt that the City is <br /> ~:i,~Cking in:~utting in quality streets and that the requirement should be increased from 5 tons to 9 <br /> tSns because the City of Ramsey has school buses that. exceed 5 tons, as well as delivery trucks. <br /> He feIf:,that if the City had better roads then all the maintenance might not be needed.
