Case #15: Adopt Ordinance for the Rezoning of the Reilley Estates Property in Secti6n <br /> 24 <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that on June 12, 2001, the City Council introduced;~iJ0~dinance to <br />rezone the property owned by Reilley Estates Partnership in Section 24 from <br />Residential to R- 1 Urban Residential. City staff recommended adoption of:the)~0roposed <br />rezoning ordinance. <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Kurak,.i;:!'}~ <br />which is an ordinance rezoning from R-IR (rural residential)ii'i~?R-tI~'!'(~rban residential) the <br />property commonly known as the "Reilley Estates prope ~r~-~;~';:.iiScated in section 24 and legally <br />described in the ordinance. ~.-~,,~ .... <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Hendriksen in~i]iiz~d';~'~m what .th'~-51Oi~.?s obligation was. <br />City Attorney Goodrich replied that the City has been Co'6~t:?6rder~d"'to r~:C. one the property. <br />Councilmember Hendriksen inquired as to what it would t~i~e;i0''~ pass the rezoning.
