Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01-08-~ RESOLUTION APPROVING 4TM PARTIAL PAYMENT TO MEADOWVALE CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-67, (MISSISSIPPI RIVER STORMWATER SUBDRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 1) WHEREAS, on April 11, 2000, the Ramsey City Council approved Improvement Project #99-67 (Mississippi River Stormwater Subdrainage District No. 1) as a non-assessment project; and WHEREAS, September 13, 2000, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #00-09-233 awarding the bid for Improvement Project #99-67 to Meadowvale Construction in the amount of $294,128.00; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski inspected the completed work and recommended partial payment to Meadowvale Construction in the amount of $15,535.35. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Meadowvale Construction for Improvement Project #99-67 in the amount of $15,535.35. 2. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3. That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the date of August 28, 2001. 4. That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
