Patrick Trudgeon, <br /> <br />This correspondence is regarding our neighbor's public hearing tonight regard/rig kis appl/cadon <br />for a sign which advertises his business and is placed au his residence. Our neighbor is Tim <br />Bergersen and he resides at 62I 1 167th Ave. N.W., Ramsay. Unfortunalely, we are not able to <br />attend Sis evening, but would like to voice our support kt writing. His sign is very professionally <br />done and the landscaping around it is most impressive. Alot oft/me and money have been spent <br />on th/s project. <br /> <br />1 must ask, is it really' necessary to place al'mt large sign on h~ property and hold a public heaz/ng <br />also? Isn't this a little overtdll for such a minor situation? As I drive around Rmmey, I see several <br />signs advertising businesses. ! don't know all oflhe minor deta/ls ofthis, but it doe~ seem as <br />though he is being sin~¢d out. It's not like he slapped up a cheap sign that was an eyesore to the <br />public. <br /> <br />It .is my hope that you w/Il find his intentions are sincere and grant him the approval he needs to <br />keep tkis sign.
