I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01-08- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />EXCEED SIGN SIZE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #01-08- <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />adopting <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That on , 2001, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of <br />Ramsey ("City") to M&G Leasing Inc., a Minnesota corporation, ("Permittee") to exceed the <br />sign size requirement on the property generally known as 7575 Hwy. 10 and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />All that part of Lots 2 and 3, Auditor's Subdivision Number 34, according to the map <br />or plat thereof on file and of record in the offic, e of the County Recorder in and for <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Northwesterly of the following described line: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point in the Northeasterly line of State Highway No. 10 which point is <br />585 feet Northwesterly from the Southeasterly comer of said Lot 3, measured along <br />the Northeasterly line of said State Highway No. 10; thence Northeasterly to a point <br />in the southwest line of the right-of-way of the Great Northern Railway Company, <br />which point is 490 feet Northwesterly from the Northeast comer of said Lot 3, <br />measured along the Southwesterly line of said Railway right-of-way, thence <br />Northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of said Railway right-of-way, 495 feet to <br />the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence Southerly to a point in the <br />Northeasterly line of State Highway No. 10, which point is 400 feet from the point of <br />beginning, said line there terminating. <br /> <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: ' ' <br /> <br />The Permit-tee is herein granted permission to erect a freestanding pylon sign with a business <br />identification sign surface area not to exceed'180 square feet on each side. None of the <br />individual tenant identification spaces on the pylon sign shall exceed 100 square feet in size <br />on each side. <br /> <br />2. The freestanding pylon sign may not exceed the 25-foot height restriction. <br /> <br />-327- <br /> <br /> <br />
