Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending denial of the conditional use permit based on <br />findings of fact. The Planning Commission stated their concern is that the conditional use permit <br />would be a short-term remedy that could create long term problems. The Planning Commission <br />is also concerned with setting a precedent in granting substantial overages to accessory building <br />space allotments for uses other than farm related activities. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #01-08- , adopting Findings of Fact # relating to Mr. Lind's <br />request for a conditional use permit to exceed the amount of accessory structure space allowed on <br />the subject property. <br /> <br />Motion to deny Mr. Lind's request for a conditional use Permit to exceed the amount of <br />accessory structure space allowed on the property based on the findings of fact. <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to approve Mr. Lind's conditional use permit request, based on the f'mdings of fact, and <br />adopt Resolution #01-08- declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Community Development Assistant <br />Principal Planner <br />City Attorney <br />Building Official <br /> <br />CC: 08/28/01 <br /> <br />-349- <br /> <br /> <br />
