We have several vehicles, three semi-tractors, two boats and a bobcat
for which we do not currently have indoor storage. Although we can comply with city
codes by adding fencing and prepared surfaces, a garage will be a much more
aesthetically pleasing solution.

The building we are proposing will be con/f~cted of 2" x 6" frame construction, slab on
grade, manufactured trusses and an asphalt-shingled roof. Vinyl-wrapped windows and
skylights will be installed for aesthetics and to the styling consistent to the existing home
structure. Siding will be vinyl ora color complimentary to the home. One 14' overhead
door and one 36" service door will be used for access.

The building site is behind our home on a grade l~wer then the house. Several trees on
our lot will also provide screening as they continue to mature. The 22' height restriction
will be met as well as all other codes concerning construction quality and materials.

Sin~c~ely, ~
Charles Lind & Char Weller

I
I
I
I
I

i
I
!
I
I
I
I
I!,

I
I
I
1
I
