We realize that, in itself, is not against the law. However, g/yen the <br />fact that the landowner has shown a disregard for others in the neigh~rhood, it is hard to <br />believe ttmt building th/s large storage facility will improve the looks of this property. <br />Not only is the property unkempt, it will likely low. pr the property values of other homes <br />in the area. This is a resident/al area, not an industrial park. <br /> <br />Givea the Iandowuem' history of lack of, comideration of others in the neighborhood, we <br />have no reason to believe that adding a large structure to the already unsightly property <br />w/lt improve the cond/fions on the property.
