Ramsey Planning Commission, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br /> This petition, by the below list of residents of Alpaca Estates, is in response to the request for a <br /> conditional use permit for a structure that will exceed the existing accessory struct~rre requirements <br /> for the property at 14331 Armstrong Blvd. N. W. This property is owned by Charles Lind. <br /> <br /> Because the City of Ramsey does not have adequate ordinances that limits Mr. Lind's outside <br /> storage on his premises, the below-signed residents would favor his proposed garage with the <br /> following conditions. <br /> <br />1) This structure must be constructed in a timely manner and construct/on time is not to exceed <br /> the time allotted on the building permit. No extensions of the building permit should be allowed. <br /> All waste building material must be kept in the required dumpster and the dumpster must be <br /> emptied as needed and not be allowed to be on premises over the winter months <br /> <br />2) The materials used and the structure design must be as described in h/s letter dated July t7t~, <br /> 2001. The materials must be of equivalent grade or better than as stated in his application for <br /> the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />3) This structure is to be for personal use only in a-residential area. ~t is not to be used for business <br /> or commercial endeavors. It is to be a storage building only, as stated in his letter dated July 17m, <br /> 2001. <br /> <br />Mr. Lind states in his letter (July 17th, 2001.).. tha~ this building is to be used to eliminate his <br />off street parking problem.
