-368- Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01-08- A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CHARLES LIND TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SPACE RESTRICTIONS BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: WHEREAS, Charles Lind, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee", have properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed the amount of accessory building space allowed on the property generally known as 14331 Armstrong Boulevard and legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 2, Alpaca Estates 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subject Property") WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on August 7, 2001, conducted the public heading and recommended City Council deny the request. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE,OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. Based on Findings o{' Fact # , a Conditional Use Permit (Permit) to exceed the amount of accessory structure space allowed on the Subject property, as established in City Code, is hereby denied to the Permittee. 2. That the Permittee shall be responsible for al! City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this Permit. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: "~ and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the _ day of~., 2001.
