-368- <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01-08- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />CHARLES LIND TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SPACE <br />RESTRICTIONS BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS <br /> <br />OF SAME: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Charles Lind, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee", have properly <br />applied for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed the amount of accessory building space allowed <br />on the property generally known as 14331 Armstrong Boulevard and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 2, Alpaca Estates 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on August 7, 2001, conducted the <br />public heading and recommended City Council deny the request. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE,OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings o{' Fact # , a Conditional Use Permit (Permit) to exceed the amount of <br /> accessory structure space allowed on the Subject property, as established in City Code, is <br /> hereby denied to the Permittee. <br /> <br />2. That the Permittee shall be responsible for al!
