Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #00-03 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO OPERATE A STEEL WAREHOUSING BUSINESS IN A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br />BASED UPON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAM~E. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Scott and Patti Jarmoluk, doing business as North Suburban Steel Supply, <br /> Inc. (Permittees) have properly applied for a conditional use permit (Permit) on the <br /> property generally known as 8900 181~t Avenue and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying west of the West line of <br />the East 930.00 feet, as measured at fight angles, thereof. Containing 11.82 acres, <br />more of less. Subject to easements of record. Subject to that part taken for <br />County Road No. 64 over and across the North 33.00 feet thereof. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on August 7, 2001, conducted a public <br />hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. 'This ~P~rmit shall be perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are <br /> comrd%d with. <br /> <br /> he development and operation of the steel warehousing business Shall be limited to the <br />x~/./ 5,000 square foot structure on the Subject Property. <br /> 3. That all operations on the Subject Property shall be restricted to 8:00am and 5:30pm Monday <br /> - Friday. <br /> <br /> 4. That the Permit-tees herein agrees that employee's on the Subject Property will Consist of <br /> truck drivers delivering and picking up steel products on the Subject Property. <br /> <br /> 5. Noise levels shall not exceed the limits established in the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />6. No advertising or business identification signs shall be allowed on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />7. That any expansion, enlargement, or intensification of the structure or uses shall require an <br /> application for a new conditional use permit. ' <br /> <br />8.
