Councilmember introduced the following resolution: RESOLUTION #00-03 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A STEEL WAREHOUSING BUSINESS IN A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT BASED UPON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAM~E. WHEREAS, Scott and Patti Jarmoluk, doing business as North Suburban Steel Supply, Inc. (Permittees) have properly applied for a conditional use permit (Permit) on the property generally known as 8900 181~t Avenue and legally described as follows: That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying west of the West line of the East 930.00 feet, as measured at fight angles, thereof. Containing 11.82 acres, more of less. Subject to easements of record. Subject to that part taken for County Road No. 64 over and across the North 33.00 feet thereof. (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on August 7, 2001, conducted a public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. 'This ~P~rmit shall be perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are comrd%d with. he development and operation of the steel warehousing business Shall be limited to the x~/./ 5,000 square foot structure on the Subject Property. 3. That all operations on the Subject Property shall be restricted to 8:00am and 5:30pm Monday - Friday. 4. That the Permit-tees herein agrees that employee's on the Subject Property will Consist of truck drivers delivering and picking up steel products on the Subject Property. 5. Noise levels shall not exceed the limits established in the Ramsey City Code. 6. No advertising or business identification signs shall be allowed on the Subject Property. 7. That any expansion, enlargement, or intensification of the structure or uses shall require an application for a new conditional use permit. ' 8.
