Last year I put an addition on our <br />building at Canvas Craft, 7815 Riverdale Dr in Ramsey. I was assessed a storm <br />water management fee of $4,422.00. It has ~.ever been made clear how the city <br />intends to equitably assess existing commercial properties for improvements. <br />What triggers the fee? A sign permit? A new Driveway? The addition of a small <br />storage Building? And at what rate? Full $3,6581acre? Or should we get some <br />credit for being in existence before the new city ordinance was passed?
