I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br />Ms. Hunter requested that Councilmember Hendriksen present the document, which states that <br />residents will be forced to hook-up to City sewer and water. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen replied that the document the Met Council presented to the City and <br />everyone else in attendance when the Met Council reviewed the Comprehensive Plan and heard <br />the comments they made. <br /> <br />Ms. Hunter inquired if that wording was included in the most recent draft of the Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen replied that the wording is included in the document the Met <br />Council produced giving their comments back to the City regarding the Comprehensive Plan and <br />what they want to see done in the future. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that only the Council could put sewer and water down streets. The Council <br />is solely responsible. <br /> <br />Mr. Miller, 6159 Highway #10, Ramsey, inquired if the City was going to approach him about <br />acquiring his land. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman replied that the Council directed him to have those conversations so <br />he will do so in the near future. <br /> <br />Mr. Miller replied that he needs to know soon What is going to be happening with his property. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich requested that an item #10 be added to the consent agenda to approve the <br />issuance of a tobacco license for Wiser Choice Liquors.~ <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman noted that item #6 should be added to the Finance Committee <br />update. <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson requested that item #8 of the consent agenda be read prior to <br />approving the consent agenda. -- <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to approve the <br />agenda as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Anderson, <br />Hendriksen, and Kurak.
