Similar to the previous site plan, six access points are proposed for the development. -Based on the proposed roadway network, directional distribution and travel time estimates, it is expected that the two main access points to/from the proposed development include Yakima Street and Xkimo Street at 153rd Avenue. Approximately $0 percent of the development trips will be distributed amongst these two access locations. Table 1 displays the number of'daily trips expected to use each of the six access points under year 2006 full build conditions.
