The sales will take place on the City Hall <br />campus. The celebration is scheduled for Saturday, September 15, 2001. The Lions have <br />provided the necessary documents required. Under City Code, it is a permissible activity to <br />grant a 3.2 beer license to the Ramsey Lions Club. <br /> <br />As has been done in the past, City staff is requesting Council waive the $20 license fee. The <br />Lions Club is non-profit and generously gives to the community. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to approve/not approve application for the Ramsey Lions Club for a one-day, 3.2 beer <br />licenses for Happy Days, the City of Ramsey community celebration to be held on Saturday, <br />September 15, 2001.
