There was a problem with the ownership interest shown on <br />the first application and the issuance of the license was contingent upon receipt of an amended <br />application. KBFC, Inc. has properly completed a new license application, showing the new list <br />of officers. Both the Police Chief and the City Attorney have found the application to be <br />complete and the license that was granted on August 28, 2001, may now be issued. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to issue an ~-sale and <br />Spectators. <br /> <br />Sunday intoxicating liquor license to KBFC, Inc., d/b/a <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />Police Chief <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />CC: 09/11/01 <br /> <br />-173- <br /> <br /> <br />
