-202- <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01-09- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO CHARLES LIND TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM ACCESSORY STRUCTURE <br />SQUARE FOOTAGE RESTRICTIONS ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14331 <br />ARMSTRONG BOULEVARD BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #O~D <br />DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Charles Lind, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has properly <br />applied for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed the allowable accessory structure square footage <br />restrictions established in City Code on the property generally known as 14331 Armstrong Blvd. <br />and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 2, Alpaca Estates yd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property,") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on August 7, 2001, conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended that the City Council deny the request; and whereas, the <br />City Council met on August 28, 2001 and adopted findings of fact favorable to the <br />Applicant <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # ., a conditional use permit (Permit) to exceed maximum <br />accessory structure square footage restrictions established in City Code, is hereby granted to <br />Charles Lind, hereinafter referred to as the "Permit-tee" <br /> <br />That the Permittee is allowed to have a maximum of 4,992 square feet of accessory structure <br />space on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the construction of a new detached accessory building shall not exceed 3,200 square feet <br />in size and shall require issuance of a building permit from the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />4. That the exterior materials shall include vinyl sikting that will compliment the color and <br /> character of the principal building and tke accessory structure will be finished with an <br /> asphalt-shingled roof. <br /> <br />5.
