I I I I I I I I I, I I 10. 11. 12. That the accessory structure shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with all applicable Uniform Building Codes. That the construction of the new accessory building shall meet all applicable setbacks. The Permittee herein agrees that a business will not be operated in any of the accessory structure unless it is in accordance with City Code. That the Permittee herein agrees that there will not be any further outside storage of commercial vehicles, commercial equipment, private use vehicles and private use equipment on the Subject Property, with the exception of parking vehicles and equipment on the paved driveway to the principal structure in accordance with City Code. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms herein are complied with. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enfbrcing this Permit. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request.
